The hotel was superbly located, ideal for our Red Raider orientation visit, offering complimentary dinner on select evenings and a better than average breakfast selection. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with full kitchen facilities for those who prefer to cook. The breakfast was beyond the standard continental, even though I only had oatmeal, and the service was top-notch with helpful staff offering valuable local information. However, there were issues with the lack of trash pick up from rooms, no weekend maid service, and concerns about security in the area.

The service was very professional and attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to assist us, although they couldn't comp a day for us due to a lack of prior notification. Regardless, they were wonderful and provided helpful information about activities in Lubbock.

The location was perfect for visiting Texas Tech, being just across the street from the university. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was also great, complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and cooking utensils.
